Mission

Accompany the relaunch of the Pattex brand as well as the digital integration of the new packaging design with QR code. Conception and development of a mobile portal which the user can use to find information, instructions and inspiration about the Pattex product range.

Implementation

Holds immediately
The mobile portal explains a central key word: End-user assistance. The user is quickly directed via product photographs to relevant detailed information. Here he can get an individual consultation, can enter jobs and material to be stuck and also find further tips and advice.

In every stage of the information and inspiration process, the user is accompanied by a “good friend” – the trustworthy down-to-earth testimonial from the current Pattex TV spot. A real face to face exchange of ideas.

The success of the project lies, above all, in the close interdisciplinary cooperation between Neue Digitale / Razorfish and the Mobile Unit Pocketframes, who developed the overall concept and visuality of the mobile wesbite.
