Mission

Redesign the www.t-mobile.de/shop website with improved usability. A remodelling of the information architecture and all buying process within the eShop from T-Mobile.

Implementation

Neue Digitale / Razorfish revised the information architecture and the interaction design of t he website and improves the usability. Content and product offers were clearly restructured and the buying process improved: a shopping cart enables the user to put together all possible combinations of mobile, tariff and accessories. Also new is a central offers page with information about all special offers. The communication of the benefits of the product is strengthened and the navigation in eShop optimized. The structure is based on clear navigation fulfilling the expectations of the user.

Conclusion

This process oriented project based on user experience design methods provides confirmation of the digital competence of Neue Digitale / Razorfish.
