Redesign the strategy and concept of the new Melitta® website. Design a new style guide and adopt features of the technical implementation. A complete platform with recipe database and retailer search function features. Launch of the website in Melitta’s core market, Germany. Next is a phased rollout to other European countries. Product themes define the look and feel of the new website. Specific product worlds contain sets of products as consistent units (coffee machine, coffee beans, Filtertüte® and the fitting type of entertainment).The platform features information on everything users want to know about coffee and tea. All in a clear and informative style.

Conclusion

The Melitta® brand now has a website that fits the brand. The site technology is standardised. Maintenance in other European countries is flexible and easy to manage. 40% increase in page impressions in comparison to the previous year following the relaunch.
