Mission

Relaunch brigitte.de and create a separate community area. Develop an innovative “female” navigation. Create basic concepts for the online presence of Brigitte Woman and Brigitte Balance. Develop personal consultation and coaching tools. Create a virtual shared apartment for Bym, the newest addition to the Brigitte universe.

Implementation

Brigitte – the leading glossy for women who follow trends
Translated the high editorial quality and the unique combination of advice, inspiration and entertainment to the online arena. The guiding principle for the online relauch was Double Play – a tight combination of editorial content and community (user generated content) presented in a modern and appealing manner. A qualitative survey was Neue Digitale’s basis for defining four user segments:: Time fillers, searchers, social networkers, and connectors.  The specific needs of these segments were taken into consideration when creating a concept for the site.

A tightly knit community
The B.friends community, the social network for great friends in real life, offers an alternative network for the younger target group that guides users to the brand and creates brand loyalty: the Bym shared apartment. The shared apartment is an inspiring metaphor that allows young adults to identify with the brand.

Inspiration and exchange of ideas
For Brigitte Balance and Brigitte Woman, Neue Digitale developed an innovative concept for repositioning and strong brand identity.  Balance offers countless practical tools in the area of fitness, nutrition and healthy living. Brigitte Woman is characterized by interesting topics, personal recommendations and a platform where women can get together to discuss their experiences.
