Razorfish opens the first MAGGI KOCHSTUDIO in the Social Web
MAGGI is opening the newest branch of its cooking studio (Kochstudio) from the middle of January – and for the first time not in a shopping precint, but in the Social Web on Facebook at www.facebook.com/maggikochstudio. Interested visitors can find cooking inspiration and share their passion with likeminded friends. Today, cooking together means exchanging ideas online or uploading photos of cooking with friends.
On Facebook users can chat with friends and experts about their cooking experiences and pick up new tips and information. The content is edited directly on Facebook by a team of moderators. The special feature: the team is made up of nutrition experts who are passionate about cooking and answer questions from users. Users can also become editors by bringing in their ideas and wishes via comments and likes and will be incorporated into the development of recipes. There will also be theme weeks and expert talks given by professionals where they will spend an entire day answering questions.
MAGGI KOCHSTUDIO fans can also get actively involved via YouTube (www.youtube.com/maggikochstudio) by commenting on videos. MAGGI will use this channel to publish cooking videos with tips and tricks to make cooking easier. Cult spots from the MAGGI archive as well as making-of videos are also planned.
