Razorfish to become part of the Publicis Groupe

Frankfurt am Main/Paris/Redmond 10th August 2009 – French advertising holding Publicis is to take  over Razorfish – and with it Neue Digitale / Razorfish. Razorfish will become part of the VivaKi network which contains the digital competencies and resources of the Publicis daughter companies Digitas, Starcom, Media Vest, Dueno and Zenith Optimedia. The management under the leadership of CEO Bob Lord remains unchanged. Neue Digitale / Razorfish Directors Andreas Gahlert and Olaf Czeschner are happy with the solution. How the takeover will work with regards to a cooperation between Neue Digitale / Razorfish and the Publicis Groupe agencies in Germany will become clear in the following months.
